Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

Applies to: Host Smarter – A service operated by Senti-Consulting (France)

1.Payment Terms

All payments for Host Smarter services are processed securely through third-party payment platforms. We support standard international credit and debit cards. All payment processing is handled by authorised and compliant third-party providers.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information when making a purchase and to update such information as necessary.

2.Subscription Types

Host Smarter offers the following access plans:

  • Strategy Insights

    A one-time fee for access to your personalised dashboard, valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Target Coach

    A one-time fee for extended access to your dashboard and report, valid for 30 months, with the option to renew.

  • Strategy Coach

    A one-time fee for full access to premium strategic analysis and insights, valid for 12 months, with the option to renew.

All fees are payable in advance and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

3.Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service—which includes the rapid generation of personalised content and recommendations—we do not offer refunds once your report has been generated and your dashboard access has been granted.

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • Strategy Insights, Target Coach, and Strategy Coach plans
  • Wallet-based payments for optional services

We do not provide free trials or money-back guarantees.

4.Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through your Host Smarter dashboard or by contacting support. However:

  • No refunds will be issued following report delivery
  • You will retain access to your dashboard for the remainder of your access term (30 days or 12 months, depending on your plan)
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these Terms are breached.

5.Failed Payments & Payment Disputes

If your payment is declined or reversed, your access to the Host Smarter platform may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

If you believe a payment was processed in error, you must notify us within 7 calendar days by emailing us at support@host-smarter.com with the subject line "Billing Query". We aim to investigate and respond to any queries within 3–5 business days.

This Payments, Refunds & Cancellations Policy is subject to the overarching Terms of Service and may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Host Smarter service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
